10-Point Elemental Check-In
Every session follows the same 10-step rhythm. D2 → D4 → D6 → D8 → D10 → D12 → D20 → D100 → D12 → D2. Coin opens, Coin closes. The circle completes.
"The dice are not random — they are a pattern language for moving through the whole self."
Arrival & check-in. Sign in, drop bags, settle. Binary question: "How are you showing up today — heads or tails?" Quick pulse check.
Ignition circle. Brief physical warm-up — jumping jacks, stretches, a game of tag. Light the fire. Shake off the school day.
Grounding practice. Garden check, nature walk, soil hands, or seated meditation. Touch the earth. Remember where you are and whose land.
Knowledge session. Today's lesson, reading, discussion, or guest speaker. Air carries knowledge — breathe it in.
Free play / structured game. Halfball, NYO games, esports, board games, or outdoor sport. Chaos is creative energy — let it loose.
Arts & creative expression. Music, drawing, writing, crafting, digital art. Ether is the space where new things form.
Snack & story circle. Fuel up. Share stories — what happened today, what did you learn, what do you wonder about? Water carries memory.
Project time. Focused work on ongoing projects — homework help, coding, research, campaign planning, portfolio building. Order brings structure.
Adventure block. TTRPG session, MUD play, campaign time, or collaborative world-building. The second Ether — now deeper, more intentional.
Closing circle. Reflect: "What's one thing you're taking home?" Gratitude round. Clean up. Sign out. The coin flips — see you tomorrow.
Weekly Elemental Themes
Each day of the week carries a different elemental emphasis. The 10-point check-in runs every day — the theme shapes the content.

Science, natural world, physical movement, outdoor education. Explore and observe.
Arts, music, creative writing, digital creation. Make something that didn't exist before.
History, oral tradition, TTRPG campaigns, community stories. Carry the water forward.
Friday–Sunday: Rest, family time, community events, and independent quests.
